 Handled two fatal accidents and one wages strike of worker for enhancement of their wages
(VI) General Administration
 Statutory compliances like ESI, PF, TDS, Service Tax, Income Tax, Handling court cases, to liaise with
Govt. officials, security, transport, contractor’s cell, guest house, housekeeping / pest control, facilities /
equipment maintenance, weight & measurements, pollution control board .ISO: Ensure all appropriate HR

This is a group of companies involved in infra related activities and supply of items to Ministry Of Defennce and
Ministry of Home Affairs. My responsibilities apart from HR & Admin involve in liasinoniong with the all
ministry organizations and taking care of all tendering and projects of the company legalities and compliances of

This an auto ancillary involved in wheels manufacturing. It is the fifth company in India of its kind;I have been
assigned the duties of Head HR and Admin which includes complete Gamut of HR and Administration of the
whole company. I am responsible for independent handling of complete HR and admin from SCRATCH
