SO SPEAKING OF FITNESS, WE COULD HAVE USED THE TAG
OF “PHYSICAL FITNESS” BUT WE DIDN’T, BECAUSE IT IS NOT
THE ONLY ASPECT OF FITNESS. FITNESS IS CONCERNED
WITH BODY, MIND AND SOUL. A PERFECT BLEND OF ALL
THREE CAN CARVE OUT MIRACLES FOR YOU.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
MENTAL FITNESS CLEAN SOUL
PHYSICAL FITNESS
Speaking of physical fitness, it has a lot of different definitions
depending upon person to person. People have different goals
regarding their fitness. To a person with a job, fitness may be defined
as being on a treadmill for 30 minutes every day or hitting the gym for
an hour daily. For an athlete, fitness may mean being able run 100
meters in 10 seconds or lifting a bench press of 100 kg.
To a dancer, physical fitness may be concerned only with flexibility.
However, there are different routines and techniques that help you
quiet well to get started on you journey of transformation.
There are numerous options you can opt for to get started, like:
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training [ HIIT] is a great routine
for your cardiovascular fitness, fat loss and strength
building. These workouts are great for the people who
don’t have time to hit the gym or are having problems
losing weight. These workout takes hardly 20-30
minutes. The exercises are segmented in ways to target
the whole body. Mostly the time range per set is 45
seconds on and then 15 seconds rest. Doing these
workouts 3 times a week can burn so many calories. We
advise HIIT workouts to the people who have either
started their journey or to the people who are facing
problem losing weight. A good diet with the necessary
macronutrients is very important to see results.
CALISTHENICS
This is a great way to gain muscle mass and endurance
at home with bodyweight exercises. Calisthenics is all
about practicing the movements like the PUSH
movements including PUSH UPS, DIPS, SHOULDER
PRESSES, the PULL movements like PULL UPS, BICEP
CURLS and SHRUGS, and the LEG movements like
SQUATS, LUNGES, CALF RAISES. There are the most
basic and primary movements in calisthenics. As
someone slowly gets comfortable with these
movements, they can switch to the more advanced
movements like the PISTOL SQUATS, SINGLE HAND
PUSH UPS, CLAPPING PULL UPS and many more.
Calisthenics is great for people who because of some
reason are not able to go to the gym. A normal ground
and bars is enough for you to get started.
WEIGHT TRAINING
This is something people start their fitness journey with
in INDIA, but it should not be that way. The reason being
that weight training requires some basic strength in order
to handle those weights properly. The right way would be
to at least train calisthenics for 6 months and then switch
to weight training. This in itself is a very huge field of
study and if start writing everything down it may take up
to 800 pages to explain it in detail. Basically people train
with weights to add on extra muscle mass or to become
more explosive. Weight training is a life style. It’s not
about just hitting the gym and training hard. Your meals
need to be on time and full of protein. You need to have
a proper rest of 8 hours. When you train with weights,
you tear your tissues in the muscle and when you take
proper diet, the body uses the carbs and the protein to
fix those broken tissues and this is how your body grows
in size and strength.
CARDIO
It is the most known and practiced workout
routine throughout the world. People love
early morning walks and some sports or a
little bit of treadmill. A person should do
cardio training but there are better options
like the HIIT and the CALISTHENICS training.
Cardio takes up more time and yields less
results compared to HIIT.
A good workout routine is one which includes all of these in proportion. A person should be able to
run, lift and handle their body weight too.
There are a lot of different routines designed to target all these segments. Those workout routines
consist of diet plans and exercise. The time frame for exercise is usually 1-1.5 hours.
The routines are different for different individuals.

MENTAL FITNESS
A lot of people think about the physical fitness aspect but not much pay attention
to the mental fitness aspect.
So what exactly is mental fitness?
Keeping the mind in a perfectly fine condition and having a good command over it
is called mental fitness.
You need to train you mind to be strong and flexible. Every idea is born two times,
once in the mind of the inventor and later in real life.
So how does someone keep their mind fit. We get thousands of thoughts every
day. We somehow need to figure a way to keep our mind focused and have the
ability and clarity to think, analyse and interpret.
The few things people can do to keep their minds fit are:
READ
Now reading is something everyone must do. By
reading you get to know experiences of others.
You develop a thought process by reading and
interpreting data. You also get answers to all
questions of life by reading. In today’s time it’s
very difficult to find a good mentor. So the best
mentor you can have is a book. Develop a habit
of daily reading and you’ll notice changes coming
in your lifestyle.
KARATE
A lot of you must be thinking why I say
karate. Karate teaches you a lot. It teaches
you to be extremely focused and to
channelize all your energy in one specific
part of your body.
MATHEMATICS
Maths may not help you in real life to a great extent,
like a lot of you must have questions like where is
the use of trigonometry or integration in a normal
person’s life. What mathematics actually teaches
you is to face your problems and give 20 shots at
the same problem and keep giving try till you solve
it. It makes your mind SHARP.
AVOID UNNECESSARY
SPEAKING
This is a little behavioural point, but when
you don’t speak much, you tend to listen
much. When you’re speaking, you’re only
repeating what you know but when you
listen, to mind gets new information.
Having a good blend of a fit mind and body can help you
achieve anything you wish for. The next aspect is the most
important factor to achieve greatness
CLEAN SOUL
Having a clean soul is the most important aspect of this journey to having a fit and
healthy life. We are noting asking you to attain spirituality in order to clean your soul.
What we mean here is that you should have a control over your emotions. The soul of a
person is highly affected by their emotions, their faith in something and the work they do.
A clean soul helps you stay real.
When you desire something and ask the universe for it, the universe looks for how real
your emotion is towards your demand and what is the price that you’re willing to pay to
get it. How much faith you have in yourself that you’ll get it. Real feelings and emotions is
the rarest thing seen in today’s time.
Steps to clean your soul:
DO YOGA
I am not referring to stretching and
exercise. I’m referring to deep meditation
and SADHNA. What I mean is that rather
than looking outside, start looking inside.
This will help you know what you actually
want out of life.
MAINTAIN A DIARY
By maintaining a diary and writing your
daily emotions and expressing your
heart out, you’ll clearly know what’s
going on in your life and the reason
behind it. It would also help you track
the changes that take place over time.
USE AFFIRMATION
Affirmation is feeding your mind with positive
thoughts, by doing so you make your sub
conscious mind believe your dream to be
true. The subconscious mind is very powerful
and by using it in your favour you can attain
anything.
DON’T LIE
UNNECESSARILY
Lying is important, if done to prevent a
greater harm, but never lie without a
good enough reason. This will make
your soul feel pure and real.
I encourage all of you reading this to go ahead and try FITNESS for the next 6 months of life. If done properly
with a positive mind set, it would yield great results for all of you. Me and my team are always at your service

  • 5. PHYSICAL FITNESS Speaking of physical fitness, it has a lot of different definitions depending upon person to person. People have different goals regarding their fitness. To a person with a job, fitness may be defined as being on a treadmill for 30 minutes every day or hitting the gym for an hour daily. The exercises are segmented in ways to target the whole body. Mostly the time range per set is 45 seconds on and then 15 seconds rest. Doing these workouts 3 times a week can burn so many calories. A good diet with the necessary macronutrients is very important to see results.

Calisthenics is all about practicing the movements like the PUSH movements including PUSH UPS, DIPS, SHOULDER PRESSES, the PULL movements like PULL UPS, BICEP CURLS and SHRUGS, and the LEG movements like SQUATS, LUNGES, CALF RAISES. There are the most basic and primary movements in calisthenics. As someone slowly gets comfortable with these movements, they can switch to the more advanced movements like the PISTOL SQUATS, SINGLE HAND PUSH UPS, CLAPPING PULL UPS and many more. Calisthenics is great for people who because of some reason are not able to go to the gym. A normal ground and bars is enough for you to get started.

The reason being that weight training requires some basic strength in order to handle those weights properly. The right way would be to at least train calisthenics for 6 months and then switch to weight training. Basically people train with weights to add on extra muscle mass or to become more explosive. Weight training is a life style. It’s not about just hitting the gym and training hard. Your meals need to be on time and full of protein. You need to have a proper rest of 8 hours. When you train with weights, you tear your tissues in the muscle and when you take proper diet, the body uses the carbs and the protein to fix those broken tissues and this is how your body grows in size and strength.
