by geo, site content, operator skills
• Message templates catalog - administrators can set up
message templates general for all the system wide, or by
department or for exact operator
• Set up chat start fields - administrators can set up number
of fields users have to fill before chat start, like order

• Limit file formats - you can restrict sending certain file

SAFETY
• HTTPS - Webim service works exclusively via HTTPS (Secure)
protocol.
• Strong passwords - you can configure constraints about how
strong operator passwords must be. For example: passwords
must contain uppercase, lowercase letters and numbers, at
least 6 characters long.
• Password expiration - you can configure how long operator
passwords are valid and when operators are to change them.
• IP white list - you can specify a list of IPs allowed to access
admin interface.
• Activity log - Administrator’s actions are log to special activity
log.
