weapons support. Established workforce priorities for maintenance, maintained aircraft status board to reflect
aircraft mission capability status, location, configuration, fuel load, discrepancies, and estimated maintenance
completion times. Coordinated all changes in aircraft status through the Maintenance Operations Center. Ensured
adherence to the Joint Oil Analysis Program and monitored results. Directed and controlled the use of all assigned
aerospace ground equipment. Ensured aircraft forms were current and accurate. Monitored Core Automated
Maintenance System for accuracy. Ensured aircraft availability to meet flying schedule. Developed work unit code
guide and mentored maintenance personnel to ensure proper reporting of aircraft discrepancies through a
Graphical User Interface (GUI), and reduced duplicate GUI entries by 35 percent. Choreographed maintenance
