l Managing the Civil Works contract and Electrical Works contract of the project.
Overseeing subcontractors with over 150+ staff and 20+ plants. Supervising, organising
and coordinating daily works, programme planning, methodology planning and ensuring
health and safety implemented. Ensuring each aspect is completed on time, preparing
accurate documentation, project reporting and involved in commercial relevant activates.
l Supported fellow engineers in managing other contracts of the project, notably the
Asphalt and Signage and Road Marking contracts.
l Developing, managing and enforcing a health and safety regiment which cultivated in a
success of Zero LTI’s in sections I was responsible for. Also as part of Zero LTI’s for the
entire project-over 750,000 man hrs. The majority of the workforce was low-skilled labour
and due to conditions from the client, the entire work site was open to the public; which
only demonstrates the gravity of our success.
