INSPECTION SERVICES
Inspection of Tubular, Drill Pipes, BHA Equipment.
Services are performed by certified inspection
engineers to complete the activities of inspection /
testing OCTG, Drill pipes , HW, BHA and drilling
components in a safe and efficient manner.Supply
all the API Thread Compound ,Internal and External
Coating, and Inspection Consumables.provide
adequate professional supervision and quality
control to assure the accuracy, quality,
completeness, and progress of the WORK in
accordance with British, European or other
standards acceptable to Client.
Adhere to all client’s Health, Safety, Security and
Environmental standards. Perform periodical
maintenance tasks to ensure that equipment are
in safe operating condition. Perform corrective
maintenance tasks to identify, isolate, and rectify
a fault so that the failed equipment can be
restored to an operational condition. Inspection
services Provided : (FLD – VTI – Tally – Removal
of obsolete numbering – Stenciling – Condition
Monitoring).For API Connections (DS-1 – API Spec
7 – ISO 10407 – NS-2)

MAINTENANCE AND PRESERVATION
Turnarounds are when a plant is shutdown for a short or extended period of time for maintenance that
cannot be performed during regular operations. Equipment is either replaced or serviced and then
reinstalled.
During a turnaround there is a multitude of things that need to be tracked:

What tasks were performed during the service of each piece of equipment?
Where are the pieces of equipment that are in the process of being serviced?
Where are the tools/machines needed to do the servicing?
In terms of the bottom line, turnarounds are a double-edged sword. The longer a turnaround takes the
more it costs and the more revenue is lost from the downtime of the facility.
