PROJECT SUMMARY
BACKGROUND
• The trend of living more healthy is associated with adopting a healthy habit, choose the natural/ organic food and use
more natural-ingredient personal care product. In terms of a healthy habit, consumers now getting more involved with
sporting activities such as running the contest, going to the gym, yoga class, exercises at the park, etc.
• As our way to provide insights about consumers lifestyle, Voice Pick has conducted this survey.
OBJECTIVE: Gain a quick understand of gym & yoga habit.
METHODOLOGY: Self-complete questionnaire (online)
- Sample size: 500.
- Target audience: Internet users, age 18-50, live in North & South
FINDINGS SUMMARY
70% people have come to the gym/ fitness center.
• The young (<35) are more likely to have experience with the gym/ fitness center (73-75%) while the
older age (35-50) are more likely to have not (only 54%).

Top yoga fitness center (across all age groups):
• California is top and significantly higher than other fitness centers such as Fit24, Blue Gym, AK Fitness &
Yoga, etc.

The key factor to choose a fitness center: reasonable price, followed by “have various exercises”, nearby
location.
• And the consumers still a quite generic goal such as improve their health, improve their appearance

In terms of gym/ fitness center company, the young (<35) tend to go with their friends, while the older age
group (35-50) prefer to go alone
