in 1995 and is a part of VyatSU Biology
Faculty.
Prepares specialists and microbiologists
bachelors in "Biology" ("Microbiology“
profile).
The department has 20 employees: 10

The department has generated about 200 specialists –
environmental biotechnologists (1998 - 2007). In the
period from 2007 to 2012 were graduated 130 certificate
microbiologists.

mechanisms of the effect of nanoparticles
perfluororganic compounds on the
productivity of microbial enzyme preparations
in biotechnology
№ 2 The development of experimental and
biological test systems. Creation of process flow
lines for the production of microbial agents.
13. № 1 Perftororganical compounds with gas transmission
functions deployment
Area involves the study of fundamentals of the molecular mechanisms of the
effect of nanoparticles perfluororganic compounds on the productivity of
microbial biotechnology in the enzyme preparations. The aim - to create a
theory and justify the molecular mechanisms of interaction perftororganical
connections with components of liquids and microorganisms.
At the Department for cultivation of microorganisms using perftororganical
connection with gas transmission functions as molecular gas reservoirs. The
project is financed from the federal budget. Based on the results of work two
patent applications were handed:
1."The biotransformation process of phosphonates in the presence of
perfluorocarbons",
2.“Method for producing an activated biomass bio destructors phosphonates".
Results can be used in the production technology of drugs
used for whitening paper, textile, waste water from
aromatic hydrocarbons, developing whitening toothpastes.
14. № 2 Experimental biologic drugs and test systems development. Hardware-
technological line for production of microbial preparations creating.
Line of research involves the isolation, identification and
characterization of oxidizing, probiotic, lignolytic microorganisms
and the development of biological products based on them for eco
biotechnological purposes.
At present, microorganisms are allocating from environmental
objects, studying their properties. Holding the work on
incorporating them into the emerging biologics. Based on the
results of work microorganisms belonging to the drugs will be
patented. The theme is included to the "Strategic Development
Plan" of VyatSU.
It is planned to prepare a regulatory and technical documentation
for the production of biological products. The search for potential
partners interested in these developments.
