Notas do Editor

  • A tale about fantastic creatures called product owners
  • In most cases; if you are going to be Agile you need a product owner
Ok, no problem, let's get one
What should it do and what should it be actually?
  • You google it up or open a book
    Understands customers
    Has clear vision
    Knows the domain
    Makes decisions
  • There's more
    Maximizes ROI
    Product vision
    Is empowered
    Is available
  • And even more
  • Whatever necessary
  • All this and only one person needed
It's especially forbidden to have multiple persons
    Like having a Unicorn
  • Now you know what you want, the perfect product owner
  • Close enough, right?
Now we can say that we have a Unicorn, a Product Owner
  • Training?
    Companies are not willing?
    Suitable people?
    Yes, yes, yes
  • You can't have a Unicorn because they don't exist
    Fantastic creatures from fantasies
  • What to do in Agile if something doesn't work?
