1. Position: Assist. Manager ( Management Staff) International marketing
Job Description:
 Responsible for Generating Business from Various Institutional Agencies (NGO’s such as UNICEF, PFSCM,
PAHO and others).
 Responsible for preparing annual / quarterly sales budget form various institutional agencies (NGO’s such as
UNICEF, PFSCM, PAHO,UNFPA,Global Drug Facility & Other procurements agencies like IDA
Foundation,IMRES,MEG,MSF,. Make sales & marketing strategy to achieve sales target).
 Participating in Country Tender (AFRICA).
 Responsible for Searching and appointing new potential customers / distributors (procurement agencies),
maintain regular business relationship & do effective communication with existing customers.
 New business development with regard to new clients for existing product range and identification of new
product opportunities. Finding out the market potential of products.
 Monitor the sales and marketing activity and coordination with the various departments for timely
execution of sales order.
 Following up on the registration procedure.
 Planning and executing the promotion, distribution and sale of products and services to meet the needs of
foreign customers.
 Identifying target markets.
 Assessing the needs of foreign customers, evaluating competitors.
 Evaluate market reports, trade statistics and other quantitative information.
 Do competitors, therapy, products & Brand analysis to prepare suitable sales activities.
Major Achievements:
 Cipla Global Access in company is best performing division with annual turnover USD 200 mn in FY 2014-15.
 Successfully launch of Triple drug combination ARV medicine and other brands.
 Substantial portion of ARV and Anti-TB tender has been awarded to us through Global fund and GDF.
 Streamlined delivery of products, current OTIF delivery is 85%.
2. Currently Handling project on DEMAND/SUPPLY in South Africa Market:
 Participate in tender; this includes price quotation, backward calculation of COG, delivery lead time, and
preparation of bid documents.
 Manage products mix, including new formulation / molecule selection for R & D pipeline and product
registration.
 Monitoring timelines of new & existing projects and communicate status to external stake holders.
 Accepting Purchase orders, communicates all cross function teams, make sure timely delivery of products,
payment receivable, maintain sustainable business relationship.
