OBJECTIVES
Delivery team had final kick off meeting with the client's QA team to make
sure deliverable reached client expectations without any errors.
FINAL SIGNOFF
METHODOLOGY
Client sent hard copy book through courier it contans 1200 pages and
evaluated the quality of the pages.
Started Scanning and running of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to
make editable data in the word format.
Team has done complete proof reading to make sure the pages content
error free.
Once done with the proof reading all the pages converted into client
requested .MOBI and .E-PUB formats.
Final file uploaded into client specified FTP server, after 3 levels of QC.
