  2. 2. When to cite? You must cite any quote or idea that IS NOT YOUR OWN You can cite or reference a textbook, book, journal, website and even class notes However, you must make sure the source is reputable and genuine
  3. 3. When to cite? You need to reference so that you ACKNOWLEDGE that you are using someone else’s idea or knowledge within your own work Failure to do so, will result in an N AWARD based on PLAGARISM ZERO GRADE.
