I am an instructional designer (fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese) with experience in providing training that integrates a mix of teaching approaches and learning technologies since 2006. I joined the PMO DFCI IS team in April of 2016 as a Training and Development Specialist. My experience includes conducting instructor-led courses in technical training, as well as facilitating distance learning sessions using WebEx. I also have experience designing and developing e-learning courses using authoring tools Articulate and Captivate. I'm from Caracas, Venezuela. I love plays, museums and traveling the world.
