Service Overview
Automated Odysseys’ mission is to deliver services for support and
facilitation of its client’s mission. The success of your organization
becomes priority. Automated Odysseys understands that clients deserve
quality professional service and pledges to maintain ongoing upgrading
of skills and technology. During pursuit to stay current, the standards,
principles and ethical values of traditional commerce will be honored.
The management services include facility or operation monitoring;
liaison with tenants, suppliers, customers, regulating agencies, or other
parties and supervisory duties. Technical services includes all bookkeep-
ing tasks, spreadsheets, and special data processing such as developing
reports. Also, for jobs that require lower skill levels such as filing, errands
or basic retail duties, a reasonable rate is available.
The services will be unique to each client as defined by contractual agree-
ment and may be performed at the registered office, at the client’s place
of business or while commuting in the line of duty. An IT platform that
includes laptop, mobile internet and cloud computing offer flexibility.
Included in the possibilities is the option of shared access to invoicing,
financial information or other files. Also, available is
delivery of invoices to your customers by email and
return payments by direct deposit.
