6. 1. WEARING OF SCHOOL UNIFORM (for Junior High School)
• For boys, the uniform consist of a white polo shirt jack with
KSTHS Logo on the pocket(worn over a white shirt), black
pants/ slacks, black low- cut leather shoes, and black socks.
• For girls, the uniform consists of a white short sleeve blouse
with marine/sailor collar, a necktie, checkered white- green
skirt, black low- cut leather shoes, and plain white socks
• The P.E. Uniform consists of a white shoulder round- necked
t-shirt with KSTHS Logo printed on it, green jogging pants,
rubber shoes and white socks. (worn only during Wednesday)

3. ATTENDANCE
• Students are expected to be present every day.
In case a student is absent, an excuse letter
shall be prepared and shall be signed by
parents/ guardian.
• Absences due to illness must be certified by a
doctor.

•A student who incurs (5) consecutive absences due
to illness or compelling reasons require written
notification with parents/guardian signature.
•Attendance during flag ceremony, convocation
program, school and community- related activities
(SUGPAT) are required. Non attendance of three(3)
consecutive instances earns a “warning” and six(6)
counts of absences is equivalent to one(1) absence.

1. Reprimand or Censure and Fine
1.1 The penalty or reprimand shall be applied to an erring
students for minor incidence of violations or for acts
regarded as improper, or unethical.
1.2 The penalty of fines shall be imposed to an erring
students for specific acts mentioned in our manual such
as failure to return books, littering inside the campus,
destruction of school property.
