2. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all kinds of on-site/off-site trouble shooting. Operations and
maintenance (preventive & corrective) of Optical fiber network (Metro, FTTB, FTTH)
of Hail region of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
 Responsible for permanent restoration of cable break down & supervision of the Optical
fiber network of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
 Working on Flat Metro Ring Protection and remove the SPOF of the rings after
availability of the new routes.
 Control MTTR and address the cable cut rectification within the SLA.
 Documentation: Preparation of all kind of documentation make available of documents
(Daily activities reports, Cable cut/Duct damaged report, action against third party
report, Productivity report, detailed reports etc).
 Adopt the Preventive Maintenance by coordination with the third parties for the safety
of the Mobily Network.
Al-Sharq Office Co. Regional Maintenance Central-Hail Region :

Project of Saudi Telecom (STC).
 Doing work for STC in Fiber optics projects (MDT’s & TCN,s) in Riyadh, Qaseem, Hail,
Al-Jouf & in Arar regions.
 Splicing, termination & end to end testing in STC long distance project of Hail to
Ghazala (66km).
ETIHAD ETISALAT MOBILY PROJECT:
 Completed MPLS rings for Cienna and Huawei
 Ring splitting & protection project of central region.
 FTTX works for Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) in Riyadh region.
