Tell your boss that you would like to perform better, however, you cannot because you have not been very well recently. You have health and private life-related problems too.  You are the boss of a small company. One of your workers is very negligent, he/she is always late for work and never hands in the required documents on time. You are fed up with his/her superficial work. Try to speak to him/her and find out what the problem(s) is/are.

You find the advertisement of the gym misleading as it is not well-equipped at all.  In the gym there are only two rooms, however, the advertisement says that it has three ones.  You like running, however, there is only one treadmill and it is always engaged by an irritating guest.  The bathroom cannot be used for free of charge. Moreover, it is dirty.  You don’t find the aerobics/TRX/cross- fit/zoomba lessons difficult at all. You think the trainers are not prepared enough. They finish their lessons 3 minutes earlier than they should.  Speak to the receptionist and make a complaint. Ask the receptionist to pay the price of your season ticket back.  An irritating guest arrives and starts complaining about the gym.  Tell him/her that the gym has three rooms, just he/she hasn’t seen the 3rd one yet as this room is downstairs.  Tell him/her about the equipment of the 3rd room (3 more treadmills, 7 exercise bikes, chess press, weights, jumping ropes, rowing machines, shoulder press exercise machines, tricep dip machines, fitness balls, leg weights, super benches, etc.)  Tell him/her that all of your trainers are well-qualified and they are great professionals.  Tell him/her that the bathroom is cleaned daily and the usage price is minimal.  Don’t give his/her money back.
