This document announces Toyota Kata workshops held in Knoxville and Chattanooga, Tennessee on July 16th and 17th, 2013 to teach organizations how to develop a culture of continuous improvement through routines called katas. Katas are practices that are deliberately repeated to form habits, and the Toyota Kata approach uses daily management systems and coaching to help organizations learn and deploy lean processes in a sustainable way. The document provides contact information for Dwaine Raper, the solutions consultant who led the workshops.
