6. THE SOLUTION
● FanWaves is a mobile app that delivers on the innovative idea of
allowing fans at stadiums and other venues to participate en masse
in a coordinated chant, video or image show.
● FanWaves engages fans at any size venue, large or small. Using
our peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, fans can be a part of the game
like never before!
● FanWaves offers a range of exciting group-based effects to craft a
an unprecedented fan experience.
7. THE PRODUCTS
● FanPix utilizes the phone screens of participating users to provide
a massive visual event. The image is divided up amongst all
FanWaves users in specific sections of the venue to create large
coordinated mosaics or light shows.
● FanChants enables fans to participate in a coordinated chant,
jingle, wave or stomp. A venue coordinator selects the content and
type of chant to be performed, and utilizing our patent-pending
technology, the chant information is sent between all phones using
the FanWaves software.
8. THE BUSINESS MODEL
● The application will be free for the user
to download. To produce revenue,
FanWaves will utilize Pay Per Click
(PPC) and Cost Per Thousand (CPM)
advertising, as well as collecting
sponsorship fees. Sponsorship fees
vary per league, but the options a
sponsor may purchase will be set by
the venue.
● Stadium licensing will become the
largest portion of revenue. If a venue
decides to license FanWaves they will
have complete control over the
advertising and sponsorship fees. This
gives them the ability to create more
revenue for themselves.
● FanWaves will leverage already-
established relationships with major
sports teams.
