Pune near to the customer .

3. Budget time for Republic of India & also for
Wahlentech .
Its time to start looking for new FY 23-24 Goal .
Its not the time to relax its time to be ready for take
off align with Technology partners Goals and
Customers expectation .
Just pick a goal & stick to it―
No big complicated secret.

4. FY22-23 Coming to end .
Have we met the expectation.
Are we ready with our Plan for FY23-24 .
Winners never get satisfied once they reach their goals.
They set Higher Goals for themselves.
I think goals should never be easy. They should force you to work,
even if they are uncomfortable at the time.

5. Team has already Boarded & this is the time for the
Organization to takeoff for a new journey of FY23-24 .
Destination is Clear .
There are few Expected Turbulence but the pilot has
given the confidence that we are ready to cross that
without any fear .
Some people think that if their opponent plays a beautiful game,
it's okay to lose. I don't. You have to be merciless.

6. Toughest time for the Field sales .
Scorching Heat but nothing deters the confidence and
zeal of this man .
He understands that First quarter performance lays the
foundation for the entire year .
Good beginning makes the life easier for the entire team.

7. Time to review the crucial quarter performance which is
gonna set your momentum for the Year .
Remove the Fear or complacency if any in the team .
Right time to motivate the Team . Monsoon approaching
soon and hope that also brings the respite with excellent all
round performance in the Q1.
If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, but never the goal.

8. Q1 Just ended on a high note and the team is super
excited for the next Destination in Q2 .
But it wont be fair if we don’t recognize the efforts and
celebrate the successes of Q1 .
Its also the time to introspect on what went as per the
plan and what we could have done better in Q1 .
Its also the time to seek the feedback of our customer and
technology Partner on their expectation from the team .

9. Team is aware that we are in the Mid of the Q2 and from
next month season of festivals are going to arrive .
Its time to quickly utilize the remaining working days and
convert it into the company favor before the festive mood
sets in . Every one needs the space to spend the quality
time with friends and family on the auspicious occasions
so why not try to prepone the numbers of Q2 .

10. Festive mood has started to sets in and there is all
around happiness clearly visible .Some visiting their
native ,Few planning to go for a holiday destination .
It’s the most difficult time balancing the Professional and
personal front .Its going to be even more challenging in
Q3 .

11. Season of Festivals have started and good to see the
positivity all round the places .

12. It’s the blend of freshness in the air with crackers and
Ringing bells all around .
Many technology partners and customers utilizing this
period for acknowledging their Previous years
performance and also first half performance with their
team .

13. Suddenly we feel that the Time has flied and we are
ready to welcome another exciting new year .
Hope of new beginning , new resolutions and also the
pressure to reach the numbers committed are top on the
agenda when we are planning to Bid Good bye to the
Year 2023.
Every twist & turn in life is an opportunity to learn something new
about yourself, your interests, your talents, & how to set & then
achieve goals.
