Motorcycle. Users can search for motorcycle based on the model, make, and type. Features include
detailed description with features, comparison, dealer information, insurance and upcoming bike
details.
ChooseMyBike [Chennai, 2012]: ChooseMyBike is an online portal to help consumers research for
two wheelers online before deciding to buy offline. Has tools to predict the most preferred attributes
of a two-wheeler in its category. Will sell consumer trend research and reports to two wheeler brands,
ancillary manufacturers, insurance providers, etc. Raised an angel round from three HNIs from the
auto industry. Founder was earlier CEO of Royal Enfield.
AutoPunjab [Chandigarh, 2006]: AutoPunjab is an online classifieds platform for used cars and other
automobiles. Allows car owners and dealers to list their cars for sale. Has 50k+ downloads on App
Store (June 2016).

Droom [Gurgaon, 2014]: Droom is an online marketplace to buy and sell used automobiles. Provides
verified listings for buyers along with tools to view, schedule, negotiate and communicate with seller.
Sellers can manage their listings, and have tools for price estimates, rating management and dispute
resolution. Also has a feature called 'Droom Assist' which provides personalized support to users for
choosing which car to buy. Tied up with JetSetGo to sell and lease aircrafts and helicopters. As of April
2016, has 47,000 B2C sellers, 23,600 products and 57,000 listings on its platform while claiming 3,500
transactions. The company is doing $160 million in annualized run rate of gross merchandise value
(GMV or cost of goods sold) and targets to grow to $500 million by March 2017. It has presence in 15
cities with plans to launch overseas by October 2016. Has close to 750K visitors coming every month
with over 300K app downloads across Android and iOS platform. Founding team from Microsoft,
Apple, Yahoo backgrounds. Raised $16M from LightBox Ventures and Japanese firm Beenos. Ties up
with Uber to bring chopper rides to Indian customers as of Dec 2015. Launched auto inspection app
ECO in association with Carnation in April 2016. Raised nearly $30M series B funding round led by
Beenext & Digital Garage with participation from Lightbox Ventures, Beenos and new undisclosed
Japanese and Chinese institutional investors.

DemandCar [Gandhinagar, 2016]: Online used car marketplace. Users can also buy used bikes and
heavy commercial vehicles on the platform. Website was in beta stage in March 2016 but is currently
offline as of July 2016.
