ŠTRUKLI - dough with
various types of filling
11. Zagorje soup
(Recipe for 4 people).
-70 grams of potatoes (white)
-5 g of smoked bacon or neck
-5 g of red onion
-2 cloves garlic
-2 dl sour cream
-5 g of carrots
-Sweet red pepper, salt, pepper, bay
leaf,
-seasoning, black pepper, smooth
flour, parsley leaf,
-lard (2 tablespoons) or oil
-On fat fry smoked bacon cut into
cubes. When the fry add chopped
onion and simmer all together. We add
finely chopped garlic, sweet pepper,
carrot cut into cubes, bay leaf, salt,
Vegeta.
-Cleaned and diced potatoes cook in
salted water. When all the vegetables
are tender merge it together in a pot
and let it boil gently. In a separate
bowl stir 2 tablespoons of flour and
sour cream and pouring through the
strainer into the soup. Cook for
another 10 minutes. Season to taste
and serve. Enjoy your meal !

Tomatoes cut into slices and
