2. Sinotruck HOWO 12 CBM Concrete Mixer Truck
A special truck used to transport construction concrete. Because of its appearance, it is also called as escargot truck.
This kind of truck equipped with cylindrical mixing tank to transport the mixed concrete. In the process of transportation, the mixer tank keeping
rotating, to ensure that the concrete will not set.
The special components mainly include PTO, tanker's front and rear
holder, reduction gear, hydraulic system, mixing tank, operating
mechanism, cleaning system, etc.
Hydraulic system will convert the engine’s power which come from the
PTO device( usually the rear full-featured power take-off device) into
hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), then the motor will
transform it into mechanical energy (rotational speed and torque),
providing the power for the mixing tank.

Dynamical system mainly composed of PTO of full power,

There are 2 welded agitating vanes(stagger 180 degree.) in
the mixing tank. The blade designed with 3 d simulation
method, front cone, middle and rear cone in different
dimensions using the logarithm of unequal angle to choose fall
line, so that the concrete can mixing completely. Equiped with
blade agitation plate in the front, stir fully, guarantee the
quality of concrete.

The maximum size of feed hopper is 1000 x900, with large space,
easy to remove the remains of the mouth of the mixing tank,
reasonable designed angle, accelerated the speed of feeding. Not
easy to block and stuck, single side is plane, the rest is the funnel
shape for curved surface. In the easily wear and tear positions,
used local reinforcement design, adopted multilayer wear plate.
The water supply system adopts pneumatic water supply method,
compressed gas comes from gas reservoir of the main car via air
switch, pressure reducing valve,one-way valve to the pressure
tank, then press into the water pipes tank through tanker's cup.
The water flushing pressure has an adjustment range within 0 ~
0.3 Mpa through reducing valve, water tank volume is 450L, and
equipped with a hose and flushing device.
