Why are we here today?
In June, the celebrated chef Anthony Bourdain committed suicide. Whilst his death was the most high profile of recent years, he is far from the only one in our industry that struggles with mental illness.
You’ve paid money to come here today, to listen to us talk, and now you’re an investor in helping us challenge the status quo of the industry.
We’ll cover a lot of different things over the next 90 minutes from nutrition to exercise, but what we really need is for you to leave this room with a burning desire to not only help yourself, but to help improve the situation of those around you.
We can’t tell you how that will look like, how you’ll do it, but what we do know is that we need your help and we can’t change things without you.
