1. Plaisir Brasserie/Patisserie
Plaisir Brasserie is the corner stone and flagship of the Plaisir Group Company. It is located at
the centre of Thessaloniki and is housed with the Electra Palace Hotel at the landmark
Aristotelous Square.
It was built in 2012 quickly becoming the best favorite place for all in town. It consists of
200m2 interior (smoke free) and 100 m2 of outside space uniquely decorated providing live
cooking of outstanding quality and taste, live patisserie and a wide variety of hot and cold
beverages.
It is operating 365 days of the year from 7am to 1am providing take away as well as in house
service for all our goods.
Although that the establishment operates as a team it can be for presentation purposes
separated in the following sections.

2. Brasserie
Our kitchen operates 16 hours a day (exceptions can be made for groups and reservations)
from 8 in the morning till 12 midnight. Our guests can enjoy breakfast and snacks from 8 in
the morning with lunch and dinner following from 12 midday. Our menu is changing on daily
basis giving our guests the opportunity to try new dishes and flavors of traditional Greek
cooking. We are using the best of the seasonal Greek produce to create Greek traditional
dishes of excellent taste as well as an outstanding value for money experience. Our smoke
free interior is ideal for family gatherings and its location and quality of service has made it a
prime venue for business lunch meetings.

4. Patisserie
Our patisserie department produces from scratch or finishes readymade products
that come from our production factory to be sold/served to our guests. Homemade
Greek pies, Greek Koulouri, Croissants, mini pies are freshly baked every morning
and desserts like Mille-feuille, Profiterole, Fruit Tarts, Pavlovas are made a la minute
for our guests. We are offering a wide variety of desserts to our guests and we pride
ourselves for the quality of our goods.

5. Café/Bar
The quality of our coffees and beverages is a big part of what makes Plaisir Brasserie the
new favorite place in town. Coffees, Milkshakes, Teas, Freshly made juices, Hot and cold soft
drinks, a wide selection of the best of Greek wines, Cocktails and Spirits are included in our
menu. We are combining real value for money experience, excellent and prompt service, a
friendly and smoke free (interior) environment at a great location in the heart of
Thessaloniki.

6. Plaisir Group
Plaisir Group was founded more than thirty years ago following a long family tradition in
patisserie. The first store of the group was founded in Kalamaria Area at the Sofouli Street in
1984.
Multiple stores followed the initial one within the next years with the Plaisir Production
Factory been built at 2001.
The production factory is located at the Radestos Area in the eastern Thessaloniki Area. It
was build at 2001 and it consists of more than 6000m2 of interior space. It produces all
savory and sweet goods that are sold by our stores and at moment exports savory and sweet
goods in Germany, Belgium and Holland. It is compliant with all EU, ISO 22000:2005, and
HAACP regulations and at the near future is expecting to start exporting goods at the US
continent. The factory has a core staff of forty staff with the year high to be more than sixty.
At the moment we are producing more than one hundred different products amongst them
been: Traditional Tsoureki, Greek syrup sweets, Cakes, Pastries, Tarts, Greek Traditional pies,
thirty different flavors of ice cream, Gateaux’s and more.
During that time Plaisir Catering Services was founded also quickly becoming the biggest and
most recognized catering service for the quality of goods and service provided in the area.
Plaisir Catering Services main offices and preparation areas are within the Plaisir factory. It
has its own transportation service complying with the special IMP 129 license for carrying
and handling catering goods, owns all set up goods and can cater for more than two
thousand people at any given time. We comply with ISO 22000:2005 and HAACP regulations
and our area of operations covers all of the Northern Greece. Plaisir Catering Service also
owns and operates the “Onera” Estate at the outskirts of Thessaloniki area. It is an open air
facility that operates between the months of April and October for any given function
(weddings, company meetings, baptizing etc) and can fully cater for more than five hundred
sitting guests. The estate can be modified to operate under bad weather conditions and
provides full parking and sound and light amenities.
The Plaisir retail store network consists of fourteen stores (six company owned and eight
franchised) which are located around the Thessaloniki area. The flagship of the retail
network is the Plaisir Brasserie located at the center of Thessaloniki at the Aristotelous
square.
At any given time the group employs more than two hundred staff, some being with the
group since the beginning.
