Introduction
The project mainly focuses on Student Information Management System
of HATIM College in which all the student data can manage in a proper
manner and the user can manipulate the student data whenever it is
needed, and also from this website the student marks and their
performances can be checkout.

• This website is designed to manage student data.
• It is designed to facilitate the problem of managing student data.
• It is meant to be simple and user friendly
• It will record all the details of the student data and information of the
alumni as well.

Objectives of the Project
• The main objectives of this project is to design and develop a simple and
understandable Student Information Management System. This will help in
recording and checking student data easily instead of using pen and paper
for managing student data and manipulating student data will be done
easily and faster.
• This project focus on the need of a better Student Information
Management System by making used of computer-based applications and
database systems. The objectives of the project are as follows:
• To provide easy and efficient student data for the user
• To give people who visit the website to check the particular student data
• To provide the performance of the student marks in each semester
• To register every data of the student both current student and alumni
• And finally make improvements to the website as required by the college

• The home page will contain all the links like Admin, Student View,
Contact and About Us.

Login Form
• From the homepage when we click the Admin link it will go to Admin
Login page which will required the correct username and password.
• The login page will also contain a link to Register user and forgot
password.

Admin page
• The admin page is the page where we can insert a new student
• It will contain dashboard, Personal Information, University-related
Information, Academic Performance, Semester Result, Back-paper-
related Information and Job-related Information where we can insert
the data of a student.
• It will also contain Logout link where the admin can logout from the
admin page and go to the home page.

• Student View is the overview page of all the student i,e. the alumni
and current student.
• And when we click on the selected student all the details of the
student will be displayed

• This is the page where all the details of the selected student will be
displayed.
• All the details which we insert from the admin page will be displayed.

• It will contain all the registered person at login form.
• All the student data entered as well from the admin page.
