Lozi Joint Stock Company today announced that it has been jointly invested by Golden Gate Ventures, an early-stage VC firm in Southeast Asia with 35 investments across 7 countries and DesignOne Japan, Inc., a Japan-based Internet media company.

HANOI, Vietnam, Dec. 4, 2015 – Lozi Joint Stock Company today announced that it has been
jointly invested by Golden Gate Ventures, an early-stage VC firm in Southeast Asia with 35
investments across 7 countries and DesignOne Japan, Inc., a Japan-based Internet media
company.
The details of the investment is not disclosed, but is a 7-figure amount, bringing Lozi to be
valued at a much higher value. The investment will enable Lozi to:
- Boost its development, providing its customers with more values throught its app and

- Faciliate Lozi on the way to become the top F&B sharing mobile app for Vietnamese
youth
- Develop technology that connects restaurant owners with users in real time
- Expand into Southeast Asia region
Golden Gate Ventures also brings to Lozi their consulting experience for various startups in
the region to advise Lozi on the stategies, technology and overall business development.
