  30. We think that this flexibility is key to people happiness and development. Nevertheless, we also strongly believe that meeting in person regularly is key to our culture and our success. Our flexible policy regarding where people work You can work from home up to 3 days a week once your trial period is validated. If you have been working for us for more than a year and you are trusted by your manager, you can work from wherever you want, for a maximum duration of 12 weeks/year, provided that : - the time difference between the office you are attached to and where you want to work is not more than 3 hours (for health and organizational reasons) APPENDICE 1 Special situation : If you choose to live permanently in the same country than the office you are attached to but far from it, eg. you are attached to the Paris office and wish to live in Marseille permanently, you need to discuss the situation with your manager and HR.
