2. HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY
THE CONTRACTORS – TC was established in the year 2010 as contractors with an aim to serve
nation professionally in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Engineering. Over the years we
have undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in
design and build solution, completed numerous Commercial & Industrial projects of national
importance.
Today, The Contractors takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects to
many local and multinational companies on turnkey basis and perform project management
services to coordinates specialists trades for industrial and commercial projects. We also provide
design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients. We are committed to
follow engineering code of practice / standards with Quality Assurance and Health Safety and
Environment-HSE at the top and client’s ultimate satisfaction.
Right from the inception of the industry / building construction activity numerous intricate starts,
this goes along till the completion of the project. For the smooth sailing of whole work, the client
as well as the consultant is always found concerned about the renders of the whole job and is
rarely found satisfied with speed / quality of work and very seldom able to have a team which
maintains the quality and speed of work.
Our objective to provide our client with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to
execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures
ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes.

3. COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Our Quality Management System meets the requirement of national standards. It encompasses all
of the processes involved in the provision of production and services, from initial enquiry through
to implementation, operation and reporting.
The services we provide are managed in accordance with quality Plants tailored to meet our
client’s specific requirements and the local regulations. In order to ensure compliance with
quality, regularly quality audits are carried out throughout the organization.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
TC applies strict policies when it comes to quality. By enforcing such policies, we are always able
to meet agreed contractual specifications defined by the customer, government, and international
quality standards.
The Contractors quality procedure will assure sustainable quality of all pipes, equipments,
junctions & installments, etc.
This procedure will include:
 Samples representing the lot (5%) will be traced on site every day.
 These tracing samples will be totally identified for trace back of problems by labeling with
different codes.
 Any out of specification material will go directly to the rejection area, to be treated as
scrap.
 Tests will be applied in every stage of the process to ensure compliance with working
specifications.
