I have extensive experience in education, both in the classroom and behind the scenes in policy
development, curriculum development and design, and assisting in financial decision-making. I have
been instrumental in the implementation of new policies at the various schools in which I been
associated that have positively improved the school teaching and learning process, as well as improving
the learning environments. I am a dynamic, dedicated educator that has a strong work ethic. I
understand the concept that education is a community activity that requires all stakeholders have the
opportunity to contribute in order to maximize the opportunities for students to succeed.
What I can bring to the workplace:
• A long history of education experience, highlighted by many years of working in highly
multicultural settings and communities.
• Extensive experience with developing and designing curriculums that reflects a deep
understanding for multicultural perspectives and needs, combined with a need for a rigorous
academic base.
