Teresa was born and raised in Lineville, Alabama by her loving parents, Billy and Ada Hardy.
She is a proud mother of one son, Jomarius. She has six siblings, fifteen nieces, and eleven
nephews. She graduated from University of Alabama in Birmingham with BS in Management
Information Systems and Human Resource Management. Teresa enjoys reading, dancing,
international traveling, volunteering in her community and spending time with family.
Teresa is an experienced Executive Manager with over 20+ years in Management Consulting
leading global teams and managing projects with multi millions in revenue. She has infinite
successes in leading Business Transformation for various clients and industries.
Teresa Hardy is CEO of Hardy, Graham and Associates LLC. She is the program delivery expert
for providing strategic vision and delivering client-focused strategies and value-based solutions.
Teresa Hardy is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer for the Dollar Empowered
Community (The DEC) LLC. The DEC is a commercial real estate syndicate formed to close the
wealth gap in the black community.
Teresa Hardy is a Community Trailblazer and most notable as former President of the NAACP
DeKalb Branch. She made positive impacts in increasing membership, outreach and fundraising
over 50 % in the following focus areas: Voter Rights Empowerment, Economic Justice,
Education Advocacy, Youth Empowerment, and etc. She is known as the “Change Agent” for
the community driving programs and initiatives that bridge the gap between people, government,
elected officials, businesses and other communities. She serves on the Political Action and
Christian Education Ministry at Salem Bible Church, and active member of National Coalition of
Negro Women (NCNW), Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) New Rock Chapter, National
Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW100), National Women of Achievement Inc. (NWOA).
She also facilitates Women Empowerment Series focusing on Health/Wellness, Spiritual,
Professional/Career Development, & Relationships. As a way of giving back, she mentors
young ladies to have a successful and prosperous life.
