rugae. They allow the
stomach to expand
greatly. When you eat a
lot, the rugae will slowly
smooth out as they
accommodate the
growing stomach.

The liver stores sugar as GLYCOGEN. Glycogen is a
polysaccharide, which just means it is one big block of
many sugars. When the body needs sugar, the liver
breaks glycogen and send out glucose. Glucose is a
