- Lead Trusted Agent (TA)
Led all TAs in supporting enrollment process for the Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC) program
sponsored by Homeland Security. The TWIC program develops and deploys a biometric authenticated credential system for
transportation industry workers across the U.S. As lead TA, I scheduled appointments using web-based applications,
processed, entered and updated personal data into software applications; met with and enrolled Transportation Workers for
TWIC process. Experienced with fingerprint capture using IdentiScan, proof of identity documents, enrolling and activating
TWIC cards; and trained new TAs on the system.
