Responsible for content management including the updating of images and
product details in accordance with marketing calendar.
Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the site delivers the best
shopping experience for our customer, Create marketing strategies across
channels, and highlight promotionally and/or seasonally relevant merchandise
and also Preparing Inter Office Memorandum (IOM) for Festival Seasons, Dubai
Season Festival (DSF), Clearance sales and other Internal offers on Brands.
Creating Discount gift vouchers via manual discount codes and entering in
modifier (Oracle based software) for the offers given by Brands like Samsung,
TCL, LinkSys, Hitach, Lenovo, LG, Huwei, HTC, Panasonic etc.
Generating and Maintaining Sales reports on daily basis.
Preparing and Maintaining claims reports on monthly basis.

Policy Owners with changes in their Premium Billings, Demographic changes,
Bill Mode Changes or Coverage Changes, Waiver of Premiums, Termination of

the policies. Processing includes Indexing, Indexing QA.
