RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Program Development, Promotion and Retention
Assist with fundraising over $400,000 for the Grand National & World Championship Horse Show through direct asks. Assist
with sponsorship logistics and support of the Director of Sponsor Relations in development activities. Duties include:
generating acknowledgements; maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing, prospective, and former sponsors;
maintaining, and entering data for several hundred sponsors; and. assisting with ad production for and compilation of a 400
page event program.
Solely maintained and grew approximately 2,000 bonds for travel agents and several hundred title agents. Responsibilities
included: processing all renewal paperwork; reviewing and underwriting financial statements; continually correspond (in
writing and over the phone) to clients; mailed, processed and followed up on renewal paperwork; and, executed bonds.
Kept close communications with Airline Reporting Corporation’s Enforcement Division to open and close travel agencies.
Organized, scheduled and attended various cancer-related conferences and events.
Created comprehensive displays to advertise our program.
Created a comprehensive program of over 35 wellness activities per month to enhance the lives of local cancer survivors.
Determined program content including classes and special programs that would educate, empower and strengthen the lives
of participants. Researched, interviewed and hired instructors to carry out the program’s mission.

Financial – Budgets, Underwriting and Loan Processing
Reviewed and underwrote financial documents for two lines of business for ARC (Travel Agency) bonds, title bonds.
Solely responsible for processing all loans for entire mortgage office (7 loan officers). Duties included: gathering paperwork;
inputting data into underwriting software; ran credit reports; working with clients and lenders to obtain required loan
documents; and, communicating with lenders to clear loans.
Reporting
Collaborated with Merrill Lynch’s management team to develop and implement daily task completion timeframes for
remedial service calls.
Prepared and submitted monthly executable and timeframe reports to Merrill Lynch management.
Designed, developed and prepared departmental reports and analysis for clients’ review.
