Chase is 3 years old. He was born prematurely and was diagnosed with high tone cerebral palsy. Stem cell surgery could help him to achieve a 70% better quality of life. Chase and his family need all the help they could get to afford this operation. The Trust was the brainchild of Sovereign Trust (SA) Limited and DeVere South Africa to help Chase with his operation. Sovereign Trust (SA) Limited has offered its time and expertise to set up and manage a charity trust for this cause, namely, The Chase Winshaw Charity Trust.
