1. Car & Driver’s Top 10 Cars of 2010<br />This year, Car & Driver for the 28th running their annual 10 Best competition, changed up the rules a bit. First, the price cap was raised from $71,000 to $80,000 (roughly three times the average transaction price of a new car) in the belief that 80 grand is the current point of automotive excellence’s diminishing returns.
