7. What Does the
Manager of Interactive Strategy Do?
As the Manager of Interactive Strategy, you’ll be
defining a new role at our rapidly growing company.
We’re looking for a leader who can work
collaboratively with multiple departments to
optimize new business opportunities for non-profit
and commercial clients, and who displays expertise
with search engine optimization, integration,
monitoring and analysis of social media trends.

You’ll innovate digital media for our already
diverse roster of clients, develop campaign
pitches for new business opportunities and stay
current with social and digital media trends and
best practices. And finally, you will lead our
team of interactive strategists to implement
campaigns and help our customers achieve their
goals.
9. Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or
related business area required
8+ years experience building, implementing and driving
successful marketing and communications teams,
strategies and analytics
Public speaking and presentation skills
Proven ability to develop and work within a project
budget
Extensive knowledge of all social and digital marketing
and communications solutions and techniques

12. Responsibilities
Oversees online marketing, social media, mobile and email
strategies for non-profit and commercial clients, across all
existing social and digital networks and emerging platforms
Leads our Strategic Fundraising team in the development of
online marketing strategies that increase donor and
volunteer acquisition and fundraising
Provides support, conducts reviews and assigns projects to
the Interactive Strategist
Evaluates digital and social marketing tools to enhance our
company’s array of technical resources and accelerate our
competitive edge via social, email, online and mobile
growth offerings
13. Responsibilities
Strategizes with clients and monitors campaign
performance
Creates and monitors multichannel digital marketing
campaigns that leverage emergent technology for
clients and internal business development
Utilizes PPC, SEO, social media, email and mobile
communications to energize and motivate clients and
their target audiences
Optimizes social and digital content development
processes, from idea generation to measuring and
reporting results to clients

Works with the Interactive Strategist to conduct research and
comprehensive evaluations to determine the best course of action
for clients and business development efforts
Collaborates with creative, editorial and digital talent to deliver
successful and measurable client campaigns and digital marketing
materials
Anticipates clients needs and leverages them with current social

Elevates industry awareness of company accomplishments,
knowledge and success stories through speaking engagements,
conference attendance and social media communications
Possesses exceptional customer relationship skills and consults on
all new business opportunities
