doors across nearly 150,000 homes. Empowered with knowledge of India's extreme conditions,
Fenesta has designed UPVC windows and doors that are able to withstand India's extreme climate.
Headquartered in Gurgaon, Fenesta has own sales and service presence in nearly 50 cities with
nearly more than 150 business associates, 16 sales offices, 6 factories and nearly 100 showrooms.
With Fenesta, customer is assured of end to end service starting from selecting right designs, site
survey, fabrication, delivery and installation. As window experts, Fenesta takes pride in its ability to
serve individual homes and large developers with equal ease.
Role: Corporate Business Partner (HR Generalist)
 Framing out the required manpower planning and budgeting along with the Head - HR for
various vertical based upon their budget for FY.
 Drive HR strategy to source manpower within pre-decided compensation via various sources
such as Portal, Campus, Employee Referral, IJP, Professional Networking, Consultants,
Advertisement and Poaching etc.
 Draft the HR policies and ensure its effective promotion and implementation.
 Design the Organizational Chart, Career Mapping Flow, Job Description, Job Evaluation,
Compensation Structure, KRAs, Compensation Broadband
 Identify the prospective successors (High potential) of all middle management cadre and
design their succession plan to develop the future leaders from within the system.
 Prepare the Training Need Identification report and find out the most optimum delivery model
 Responsible for Engagement Interventions to make the organization as a best place to work.
 Drive the employee engagement activities to keep the employees engaged with the
organization and boost the retention level especially campus recruitment cadre.
 Payroll Processing through SAP HR Module i.e Managing inputs From Hiring till the
separation.
 Managing the employee welfare calendar both for the officer & worker category & ensure its
timely execution across all locations.
 Preparation of induction schedule for the new recruits (lateral & campus) and ensure their
smooth on boarding
 Drive HR dashboard, HR analysis, HR MIS, Trend reports and HR presentations.
 Responsible for handling and developing the HRIS system.
 Motivate and retain the valuable asset through various R&R strategies
