  2. 2. CHAPTER 1 • The biggest difference between success and failure is that the successful person/team/organization commit to 10X thoughts followed by 10X actions.
  3. 3. CHAPTER 2 • When faced with challenges or problems, we tend to reduce the target so that we can act small. Never reduce a target, instead increase actions.
  4. 4. CHAPTER 3 • Success is in the mind, thought, action, behaviour and action. Successful companies create products, get those products for customers to the market, keep clients in mind, employees, investors happy. Repeat the cycle over and over.
  5. 5. CHAPTER 4 • Success is all about living upto your full potential and do what you are capable of each day at home and workplace.
  6. 6. CHAPTER 5 • Erase the notion that success is limited only to some and only in certain limits. Great ideas, new technologies, innovative products and fresh solutions to old problems are ingradients to success.
  7. 7. CHAPTER 6 • Successful people are those who thing big but take small specific actions towards their goals with responsibility. They seem to give no excuses.
  8. 8. CHAPTER 7 • There are 4 degrees of action. Do nothing, retreat, take normal levels of action, take massive action. Massive action means making somewhat unreasonable choices and then following up with even more action.
  9. 9. CHAPTER 8 • Average or being average is a failing formula. Average products, average management, average workers, average actions and average thinking has no place in this diabolic world.
  10. 10. • CHAPTER 9 • Set 10X targets. Align them with other purposes. Write them each day. 10X Rule is for people who are obsessed with creating an exceptional life. • The said rule removes the concept of luck and chance from your business equation and shows the mind-set embrace in order to lock in massive success.
  11. 11. CHAPTER 10 • Handle your competition by getting noticed. • Get through the noise. • Take action and take it to such a level that will seperate you and your organization from everyone else who be in your space.
  12. 12. CHAPTER 11 • Don’t be comfortable by being “adequately satisfied.” It just takes a bit of waking up to discover that you can strive and settle for abudance. • Abundance is not a prerogative of a chosen few.
  13. 13. CHAPTER 12 • Obsession is not a disease; it is a gift. • Work is vacation states Shimon Peres, Ex Israeli Prime Minister. • Most people make only enough effort for it to feel like work, whereas the most successful follow up every action with an obsession to see it through to a reward.
  14. 14. CHAPTER 13 • Think about it. What is the worst thing that can happen to you if you just totally go for it? • Overcommit your energy, resources, creativity and persistence. Know that you are all in on every activity, every time you take action, every day you are in the business.
  15. 15. CHAPTER 14 • Expand-Never Contract.Get out of your sofa, get out of your home and visit the market. Get infront of client, seek out opportunities, show that you are advancing in the market. • Dominate your sector and get the attention by taking massive action.
  16. 16. • CHAPTER 15 • Success demands continuous progressive action. Success tends to bless who are most committed to giving it the most attention. • It is like a lawn or garden; no matter how green it gets or beautiful the flowers, you must continue to tend it. Keep moving, trimming, edging, watering and planting; otherwise your grass will turn brown and your flowers will die.
  17. 17. • CHAPTER 16 • FEAR stands for False Events Appearing Real. Fear is provoked by emotions and not by rational thinking. • Emotions are wildly overrated - reframe your understanding of fear and use it as a reason to move forward rather than as an excuse to stop or retreat.
  18. 18. CHAPTER 17 • Each one of us has 168 hours in a week. Most of us work for around 40 hours a week which constitutes 22.3% of his work, 33.3% towards sleep and 16.6% in front of TV or online. • The general population just work to earn their living whereas successful people work at a pace that gets such satisfying results that work is a reward.
  19. 19. CHAPTER 18 • Criticism precedes admiration and - like it or not - goes hand in hand with success. • Keep working on success and the very same people who were putting you down will be admiring you for what you have done.
  20. 20. CHAPTER 19 • Customer satisfaction is the wrong target. Increasing customers is the right target. • Worry about generating customers before you worry about making them happy.
  21. 21. CHAPTER 20 • “Omnipresence” conveys the concept of being everywhere - in all places, at all times. • Consider your business, products and company is everywhere. See the companies such as Coca Cola, Apple, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, Walt Disney.
  22. 22. CHAPTER 21 • Remember what the author has said time and again through this book: “Nothing happens to you; it happens because of you.” • Success and Excuses never go together.
  23. 23. CHAPTER 22 • Successful people talk, think, and approach situations, challenges, and problems differently than most people - and then definitely think about money differently. • The only way to be successful is to take the same actions that successful people take.
  24. 24. • Success is no different than any other skill. Duplicate the actions and mind-sets of successful people, and you will create enormous success for yourself.
  25. 25. • CHAPER 23 • Big thinking, massive actions, expansion,and risk taking are necessary for your survival and future growth. • Commit to 10X thinking and 10X action.
