• saves time

14. Embrace accountability
• = willingness of team members to remind each other when
they are not living up to the performance standards of the
group
• leadership modeling: hold others accountable
• behavior issues and not results
• natural to be hesitant to give critical feedback
• meetings are the best place to practice accountability
• clarity on roles and responsibilities
