1. Personal Statement
I am applying for a course to be a Games Programmer. I have want to develop programming
yet, I hope that one day will be as good as Chris Taylor while he was he created Supreme
Commander Forged Alliance.
I am a good problem solver because I like the challenge of puzzles especially in strategy
games where losing and wining has benefits and consequences Influences the entire game
like the Total War Games. This has developed my ability’s and made me efficient.
I also strive for efficiency in all aspects of completing work. I like to have control over what
am doing and what am about to do I am good at working with people and expressing my
opinions and efficient in getting all work done before deadlines showing I am very organized
Am a quiet person but this does not harm my communication skills when I need something or
reassurance i talk to the Tutors. I grow up on computers as game console so I have more
experience than most of getting around a computer and but I also have vast experience of
working in this area
I believe I am quite punctuality in my work and getting to college and school on time since I
like to wake up early and get to work since I like the fact that am doing something that I want
to do and getting paid for I believe that I have reason to be punctual and I like it that way and
it also goes for commitment since if I want to do what am doing and am going to have a great
commitment
I am on time since showing I have great commitment to my course which is game design
where I have used Photoshop, illustrator, unity, game maker, Microsoft word, Microsoft
PowerPoint, unreal development kit, throughout my course developing my skills for all of
these software word doing workflows PowerPoint doing presentations and
Photoshop/illustrator for making a 2d and 3d character and now making a 3d level these
things are helping me get the know the Digital side of the course and get me ready for the
industry. I also do concept work off the computers drawing side of it and modelling character
or animals in 2d and 3d forms all these skills come together to get me ready for the industry
