Transformation Recruitment
The majority of the placements that we undertake are as a result of strategic business transformation

RPI has been a specialist Executive recruitment partner of Telenor for more than a decade and since
early 2014 have been supporting Telenor and its technology partners to implement a cloud-based
Convergent BSS stack incorporating CRM, Billing & ERP.
VODAFONE
Vodafone has mobile operations in 26 countries, partners with mobile networks in 55 more, and fixed
broadband operations in 17 markets. As of 30 June 2015, Vodafone had 449 million mobile customers
and 12 million fixed broadband customers.
RPI’s relationship with Vodafone stretches back to 1998. Our consultants are currently engaged in
numerous OSS/BSS integration programmes across Europe as a result of recent acquisitions and major
transformation initiatives.
EMIRATES AIRLINES
Emirates is the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,300 flights per week from its hub at
Dubai International Airport, to more than 148 cities in 78 countries across six continents.
RPI established offices in the Middle East in 2002, developing unrivalled regional and cultural
recruitment expertise. This led to an invitation from Emirates to support their numerous Technology
Transformation programs.
RPI’s mandate was to recruit industry specific Analysts, Program Managers, Architects and industry
leads who could productize Emirates / Mercator services and solutions, creating a suite of applications
that were repeatable, scalable and upgradable. Currently RPI has over 100 consultant’s onsite with
Emirates in Dubai.
RPI’s high profile success in this market has led to further recruitment mandates from other Airlines,
Airports their vendors and their consultancies across Travel, Cargo, Operations and Logistics
organizations around the world.
