• The integral service starts with the analysis of the root cause of the
problem.
• A Vincentian servant leader will not only help the poor by giving them
food to eat, but by delving deeper into the cause and trying to come
up with a solution to eradicate the problem for good.

• Vincentian service is carried out in collaboration with
other people.

• Working with others simplify the work and amplify the
effectiveness of the action.
