Quality Assurance Testing and Central Office and Cell Site Installation experience - As a Senior Project
Manager I lead, managed and also was the resident SME as I was able to achieve a Senior Network
Engineer title along with being a Senior Project Manager - efficient with Microsoft products (excel, word,
power point). I project managed many different areas within the organization including QA Testing and

been in the Telecom industry for 18 years and proudly accomplished several different positions including
Senior Project Manager, Senior Network Engineer, National Installation Manager /Architect where I
Project Managed and worked on site all over the U.S. including but not limited to switch offices, COs,
MTSOs, POPs, Collocations, Cell Sites, data centers and many more, managing and performing as a
Project Manager my entire career but also dug in and learned the jobs that I project managed at the
same time. I then used my experience from Project Managing Networks (Multi-Million Dollar Central
Office equipment installations) to transition to internal network engineering and Project Managing circuit
designs, provisioning, backhaul requirements from T1s all the way up to OC192s. I then applied my
network engineering experience to achieve a Senior Network Project Management role where I was the
lead Project Manager over the entire Midwest, Northeast and Southwest regions for one of the largest
service providers launches for 3G, 4G, LTE, and WIFI networks from receiving initial design packages to
integration/migration. My responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager was to be the subject matter expert
and assure quality assurance while project managing Network Engineers running teams from 5 to 50
people at a time for new or existing migrations, integrations, expansions, service upgrades on some of
the largest sites and venues which included but not limited to the Indianapolis 500, College Bowl Games,
Democratic National convention, Dallas Super Bowl and many more. Most projects were agile projects
and had an internal scrum team which I would attend and in some instances help present. I also
Project/Program Managed new propriety software for one of the largest service providers where I was
the Senior Program/Project Manager and the SME over the engineering software portion where it
automated Circuit Design and improved Provisioning for the entire Radio Access Network department.
Project/Program managed end to end processes for the RAN department starting with assisting Technical
writers to create the business requirements, working and coordinating with developers and end to end
testing finishing with User Acceptance Testing and customer sign offs in an Agile environment.
Working Platforms: Unix/Linux, Windows NT/XP, DOS, and Microsoft Office.

Project Managed and assisted in creating test cases in HP ALM and help design test steps
and the queries to be able to execute the test needed to confirm the data and code that
2. was written for converting inside plant, HSI equipment, (DSLAMS), Internet Service
Provider information, Service Area Master Records, line cards, terminals, cable pairs,
Subscriber Provisioning information, Plant Control Tables including Value Maps, COE and
HOE comparisons, E911 tables and S/O comparisons/data integrity.
Attended team and management review meetings and reported on code management and
testing of all converted data using AS400 (IBM iSeries), DPI TFS Billing System, Oracle /
SQL, HP ALM, SIMPL, M6, Sterling and TRIAD.
Used Analytics to look for patterns in discrepancies and tested multiple layers of data to
find and track issues by managing opened defects with HP ALM and reported to DPI Plant
Manager.
Project Managed, reported on and created DB2 table queries with SQL from the AS/400
command line, understanding of a customer ‘assembled facility’ and of plant inventory,
from an inventoried commodity perspective, read/interpret data mapping documentation
with AS/400 based application menus and navigation. Understand queries in SQL to
generate initial data sets to interact with data mappers to test and manage the overall
mapping process and or failure/success. Created management reports for testing on the
mapping of telephone numbers, and npa-nxx administration along with DPI Plant
