6. 03 04 PROCUREMENT Procurement management: During the procurement stage of a project,BATES can manage the entire process from the development of technical requisi- tion documents, the negotiation of the monitoring of equipment through the warranty period. We have solid working relationships with industry suppliers, ensuring that your specifications are technically fit for purpose and to your budget requirements. BATES handles the communication with suppliers and we as- sist you during delivery,installation and commissioning of your project. Quantity surveyor and Contract management: BATES believe the concept of the contract should be such that the primary focus is getting the project completed on time and to budget and not a focus on protecting each other’s position.
