AND ITS VERY USEFULL UNTILL IN THE CONTROL. FEAR OF HEIGHTS, WATER, FIRE, VENOMOUS CREATURES, PREDATORS, ETC, HELPED ANCIENT HUMANS TO EVADE THE DANGERS FOR THEIR SURVIVAL AND EXISTENCE UNDERSTANDING THE FEAR

EMOTION OF FEAR IS THE OUTPUT OF STRESS HORMONES INDUCED BY EXTERNAL IMPULSES LIKE ABOVE SAID EXAMPLES AND AS DISCUSSED ABOVE THE FEAR HELPED HUMANS IN THEIR SURVIVAL IN ANCIENT DAYS BUT ON GRADUAL EVOLUTION OF HUMAN CIVILISATION THOSE INSTANCES BECAME VERY RARE. ENDOCRINAL EVENTS DUE TO EXTERNAL IMPULSES CAUSING EMOTIONS AND ONE OF IT IS FEAR AND THESE EMOTIONS ARE IMBEDDED IN GENETICS OF ALL ADVANCED SPECIES, AND ARE UNAVOIDABLE & SUBCONCIOUS IN NATURE FEAR A PHYSIOLOGICAL PROCESS

AS SAID ABOVE EMOTIONS LIKE FEAR ARE GENETIC AND EVOLUTIONARY INHERITANCE, WE CANT AVOID IT BUT WE CAN MANAGE ITS IMPACT BY ANALYSING, ASSESSING ADVERSARY AND AVOIDING FEAR CAUSING THE EXTERNAL IMPULSES. AS PER THEORY BY BREAKING THE CHAIN OF FEAR THAT IS ( EXTERNAL IMPULSES>STRESS HORMONES>NUEROLOGICAL SIGNALS ) WE CAN ELIMINATE FEAR FEAR MANAGEMENT
  5. 5. BUT IN REAL WORLD THE EXTERNAL IMPULSES CANT BE AVOIDED COMPLETELY AND ENDOCRINAL EVENTS CAUSED BY EXTERNAL IMPULSES STIMULATES BRAIN TO FEEL FEAR. THE MEDICAL INTERVENTIONS TO PASSIFY THE HORMONES WILL WORK BUT THE EFFICACY OF THOSE DRUGS WILL DIMINISH WITH DEVELOPMENT OF RESISTANCE BY THE BODY AND ALSO THE SEVERE SIDE AFFECTS. HENCE THE DRUG APPROACH IS SOMEWHAT FOR THE CLINICAL TREATMENT REQUIRED PEOPLE NOT FIT FOR THE MAJORITY SOCIETY. FEAR PRACTICAL APPROACH

THE RELIABLE AND PRACTICAL APPROACH MAYBE THE BRAIN HACKING WITH MEDITATION, LESS MEAT AND MILK DIETS, REGULAR EXCERCISES, AVOIDING NEGATIVE PEOPLE, NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT & SITUATIONS, JUNK FOOD, GETTING MORE SLEEP, BATHING DAILY, POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS. FOR THE NEEDED PSYCOLOGICAL ADVICES WILL WORK VERY WELL, AND AS IT IS VERY SUBJECTIVE IN NATURE EACH INDIVIDUAL HAS TO SORTOUT THEIR OWN WAY OF MANAGING IT , BY USING ALL OR SOME OF ABOVE TOOLS. NOT ONLY THE FEAR BUT THESE TOOLS HELP IN MANAGING ALL NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. FEAR THE PRACTICAL APPROACH
  7. 7. AS WE CANT AVOID FEAR , ONLY WE HAVE TO MANAGE IT WITH LESS IMPACT IN OUR DAILY LIVES . FEAR IS NOT THE BAD THING , DON’T HATE YOURSELF FOR BEING FEARFUL FOR ANYTHING, ANALYSE THE UNDERLYING CAUSE, ASSESS THE ADVERSE AFFECTS OF THE OUTCOMES OF THE CAUSE OF FEAR, USE THE TOOLS TO CONTROL, FACE IT GRACEFULLY, MAKE FEAR YOUR PET, CONTROL IT.
