You’ll find that our screening process includes other options not typically found in the staffing industry.
Our knowledge of your industry and ability to grasp your business needs are used in our extensive
screening process.

As standard practice, Trellist Technical Staffing conducts thorough phone screenings, reference checks
and onsite interviews of each potential candidate. However, we also employ other options designed to
meet your needs:

      Skill testing and assessment
      Peer review by one of our technology and/or management professionals to assess a candidate’s
       qualifications, skills and personality traits
      Qualifications screening by industry experts
      Background testing, drug testing and credit checks
      Customized testing also available as needed

Our consultants are offered the following benefits from day one
Trellist Technical Staffing knows the value of providing employees with exceptional benefits. All of the
consultants we employ have the option to select health and professional benefits that start immediately:

      Health care and dental coverage
      Personal assigned recruiters, to answer all questions that may arise
      Personalized business cards
      A home at Trellist Marketing and Technology
      Paid vacation time
Working with Trellist Technical Staffing

Invoicing
All Trellist clients are billed weekly. With each weekly invoice you can expect a copy of the time card for
each week ending for every consultant. This will have the approved signature on the invoice for your
comparative records, incase of any disputes. We realize that certain clients may have special invoicing
requirements, and we will work with each client to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing. Invoices
received by the client need to be paid within 15 calendar days (Net15).

Timecards
A sample of a Trellist time card is available. Once approved by the hiring manager, the consultant faxes
the signed time card to Trellist, to receive prompt payment. As stated, each invoice will have a copy of
each week’s time card for billing purposes. This way, Trellist, the consultant, and the client all maintain
records of invoicing for maximized accuracy.

Customer Satisfaction
One of our guarantees at Trellist is to provide the highest quality consultants at a cost effective and
timely manner. Once Trellist begins working on a requirement it is important we have every piece of
information we need to ensure fast effective placements. Some of these criteria include:

      A detailed job description, to be taken by the Account Manager
      A fully approved position
      A bill rate range or permanent salary
      Scheduled feedback from the hiring managers
      Timely feedback to recruiters and candidates
      Interview feedback and decision process
      Any background information needed before a Trellist consultant can start onsite at Client

Having all these factors in place will make our process the quickest and most efficient.
Employee Relations
Providing great employee relations and customer services is one of Trellist’s foundations. Once a
consultant is placed, at one of our client sites, the real Trellist relationship begins. With our recruiters
handling consultant relationships and our Account Managers servicing our hiring managers, Trellist is in
the business of building strong, long lasting relationships.

Our recruiters are in touch weekly with every consultant. This enables us to record their hours, and to
see how their new job is going. Our recruiters often take out our consultants to lunch to further build
their relationship, and show them a sign of gratitude for the hard work they are doing.

On a similar note, our Account management team is fully servicing the account while the consultant(s) is
on site. With a local presence, your Trellist account manager will often build a relationship over lunch or
out of office activities with the client manager. Often times we will deliver paychecks on site, to visit,
and provide convenience for our consultants.

We’re Engaged from Start to Finish
To make sure our consultant is an exact match we have implemented a thorough review process. After
thirty days onsite, your Trellist account manager will sit with the hiring manager to review the
consultants’ performance to date. Also thirty days prior to the contract ending, the account manager will
review the overall job, strengths and weaknesses, and whether they would recommend for rehire at
another client site.

  • 7. Working with Trellist Technical Staffing Invoicing All Trellist clients are billed weekly. With each weekly invoice you can expect a copy of the time card for each week ending for every consultant. This will have the approved signature on the invoice for your comparative records, incase of any disputes. We realize that certain clients may have special invoicing requirements, and we will work with each client to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing. Invoices received by the client need to be paid within 15 calendar days (Net15). Timecards A sample of a Trellist time card is available. Once approved by the hiring manager, the consultant faxes the signed time card to Trellist, to receive prompt payment. As stated, each invoice will have a copy of each week’s time card for billing purposes. This way, Trellist, the consultant, and the client all maintain records of invoicing for maximized accuracy. Customer Satisfaction One of our guarantees at Trellist is to provide the highest quality consultants at a cost effective and timely manner. Once Trellist begins working on a requirement it is important we have every piece of information we need to ensure fast effective placements. Some of these criteria include:  A detailed job description, to be taken by the Account Manager  A fully approved position  A bill rate range or permanent salary  Scheduled feedback from the hiring managers  Timely feedback to recruiters and candidates  Interview feedback and decision process  Any background information needed before a Trellist consultant can start onsite at Client Having all these factors in place will make our process the quickest and most efficient.
  • 8. Employee Relations Providing great employee relations and customer services is one of Trellist’s foundations. Once a consultant is placed, at one of our client sites, the real Trellist relationship begins. With our recruiters handling consultant relationships and our Account Managers servicing our hiring managers, Trellist is in the business of building strong, long lasting relationships. Our recruiters are in touch weekly with every consultant. This enables us to record their hours, and to see how their new job is going. Our recruiters often take out our consultants to lunch to further build their relationship, and show them a sign of gratitude for the hard work they are doing. On a similar note, our Account management team is fully servicing the account while the consultant(s) is on site. With a local presence, your Trellist account manager will often build a relationship over lunch or out of office activities with the client manager. Often times we will deliver paychecks on site, to visit, and provide convenience for our consultants. We’re Engaged from Start to Finish To make sure our consultant is an exact match we have implemented a thorough review process. After thirty days onsite, your Trellist account manager will sit with the hiring manager to review the consultants’ performance to date. Also thirty days prior to the contract ending, the account manager will review the overall job, strengths and weaknesses, and whether they would recommend for rehire at another client site.
