This is an example of some of the email marketing newsletters I designed and executed while contracted with Baytech Web Design as their Marketing Automation Manager.
1. Marketing Automation Manager August 2015 – March 2016
SFDC Administration: Reported directly to the company’s Founder, on-call 24/7 solely supporting projects
on tight, target-oriented deadlines. Managed database of 260,000+ Customer Accounts, support sales
activities, create custom reports, case management, etc. Evaluated several data hygiene and list enrichment
solutions, once implemented decreased the rate of decay and increased data quality overall. Administer,
customize and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to Profiles, Roles, Users, Page
Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Fields, Record Types, Validation Rules, etc. and
perform unit testing to ensure high application quality.
SFDC Development: Extended functionality with several third-party application integrations. Developed
and enhanced SalesForce applications. Installation of Cloudamp, Campaign Tracker, FastCall Click to Dial,
CallMatric, Google Analytics and Tracking using AppExchange. Integrated Data.com Cleanse solution to
maintain data integrity and enrich decayed data. Streamlined marketing management, appointed to
evaluate and select the Marketing Automation tool that would meet the business needs. Conducted live
trials of the following solutions; V12 Group, Net-Results, Act-On, MindMatrix and Pardot. Upon selecting
Pardot as the vendor of choice, discontinued the use of third party applications with implementation.
Digital Marketing Management: Organized and launched monthly newsletter campaigns to 56,000+
subscribers using multiple 3rd
party cloud application providers. Created customer experience survey to
highlight feedback from clients for use in creating case studies. Created newsletters in HTML highlighting the
customer case studies to create the messaging content.

INBOUND: Each user can have 1 inbound phone number assigned. You need to be assigned a FastCall number in
order to receive inbound calls. Please contact your System Administrator. If you were assigned more than one
number by your admin, neither will appear here. FastCall limits one number per user in this release.
Inbound calls create a Task, Call Type = Inbound
FastCall Voicemail will answer after the ring time set above. You can add text for FastCall to read
(TTS - text to speech) - or you can record a message to be played to your callers.
Set new phone Office and/or mobile phones are taken from the SFDC user record.
You can optionally set additional phones (office2, conference room, etc)
