Keto Diet: The Step by Step Keto Cookbook to
Gain Ketosis
Ingredients:
● 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
● 2 cups broccoli florets
● 1 red bell pepper, sliced
● 1 small onion, thinly sliced
● 3 cloves garlic, minced
● 2 tablespoons coconut oil
● 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
● 1 tablespoon sesame oil
● 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
● 1 teaspoon grated ginger
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Optional toppings: sesame seeds, sliced green onions
Instructions:
​ In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated
ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
​ Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
​ Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked
through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set
aside.
​ In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and thinly
sliced onion. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are
crisp-tender.
​ Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
​ Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat
everything evenly.
​ Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine and the
sauce to thicken slightly.
​ Remove from heat and serve the chicken and broccoli stir-fry in bowls or on
plates.
​ Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if desired.
